For a good web design you should consider: 

• Content structure and navigation. How will the user find the information? The content is very important. Without content no web. So make sure that everything has to tell the web is well structured and easy to find.
• Arrangement of elements. Before you start designing, asks what visual elements as will be arranged.
• Tone and graphic style. You can design and let flow your creative freedom. Always keep in mind the requirements of each project, the tone and the audience he addresses.
