It is advisable to regular maintenance of the media library. Over time many files are accumulate and make it more difficult to find what you are looking for.

For this reason it is necessary to sign from time to time and perform the following tasks:

1. Describe the contents of those files that do not have a sufficiently clear name: this will help you locate them more quickly in the future when using the search box on the media library. Note, however, that when you modify a file from the media library, automatically update all occurrences of the file on the web.
2. Delete files that are not used: the media library will keep clean of trash and you will only files you use. You will see that there are files that do not have the icon that lets eliminate them. When this happens it means that the file is used somewhere in the web and the system does not delete it for safety.

To modify or delete files, access the media library via the link of the same name located in the main menu.

Locate the file you want and click over the 'Edit' or 'Delete' icon, as appropriate. When you edit a file from the media library, you can change its title, description, and even the file itself, if it needs to be updated.

And if what you want is to delete a file, be careful, because once deleted, you can not recover. For this reason we recommend that, if in doubt, before you download the file to your computer by clicking on the link 'Download', represented by a diskette icon.
