Modules that allow a workflow

The News and Agenda modules allow you to create roles with different responsibilities, so that a workflow is set: there are users who create content and others who reviewed and published.

Status Revision

The events and news have three states Revision

• In edition: The creator of the item you are editing.
• In Review: The reviewer is reviewing the item.
• Approved: The item can be published. 

What happens when they change the revision status?

• From ' Draft ' to ' In Revision'. It occurs when the creator assumes completed their work. The system sends an e- mail notice to the reviewer.
• From ' Under review ' to ' Draft '. It occurs when the reviewer believes that the content has to be corrected by the user who created it. The system sends an e- mail notice to the creator.
• From ' Under review ' to 'Approved ' . The system allows you to post the item.
